Delivery of translations via pdf

A lot of institutions, governmental and administrative agencies are now accepting certified notarized translations of documents prepared by Legal Translation Systems by pdf, rather than the paper document.

Our PDF delivered translations contain notarized, numbered affidavits of accuracy that can be verified on the internet (protecting your identity), as well as seal, and signature of an ATA member translator with over 20 years of experience in the translation of foreign documents.

Each document is saved in a separate PDF document. The first page is always the affidavit of accuracy, followed by the actual translation page.

This also applies to translations used in other countries, such as Canada, Australia, UK, Switzerland, Finland, etc. which normally accept our translations. This also involves savings for the client, as well as the possibility of using the same translation in multiple institutions. Therefore, check where you are submitting the document, whether they accept PDF documents.

At the present time we are studying additional technology to ensure the security of our translations, thus protecting your investment.
